Cancellations:

• Orders can be cancelled till before they are shipped. Once they are shipped, they cannot be cancelled. 
• You can reach out to our phone numbers and request cancelllation or go to your order page and request cancellation there.

Refunds:

• Items are eligible for refund only in case they are unused, unopened, and undamaged. 
• Once an item’s seal is broken, it cannot be returned and refunded.
• Return requests can be raised within 5 days of receiving the products. Return requests placed after that are not eligible for refund.
• Prepaid orders are refunded within 2-3 business days in the same mode of payment post receipt of the original product(s) considering that they passed the Quality Check.
• Cash on Delivery orders are refunded in the customer’s bank account post receipt of the original product(s) considering that they passed the Quality Check. This may take 7-8 business days to process.
